An entry level role which supports the travel advisor/consultant teams or the general office. This opportunity may lead to an advanced office administration position. Responsibilities include:
- Assist Travel Consultants with billing, research, coding, mailing and other administrative duties.
- Serve as office support:
- Maintain office equipment
- Order all and maintain office supply inventory including FedEx machine, postage machine, copier etc.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, UPS and FedEx and faxes
- Maintain organization for mail room and lunch room
- Handle all incoming deliveries (signing for packages, opening doors, and directing)
- Maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills
Organization oriented with extreme attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team concept
Ability to multi task and work well under stress
