An entry level role which supports the travel advisor/consultant teams or the general office. This opportunity may lead to an advanced office administration position.
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Assist Travel Consultants with billing, research, coding, mailing and other administrative duties.
  • Serve as office support:
    • Maintain office equipment
    • Order all and maintain office supply inventory including FedEx machine, postage machine, copier etc.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, UPS and FedEx and faxes 
  • Maintain organization for mail room and lunch room
  • Handle all incoming deliveries (signing for packages, opening doors, and directing) 
  • Maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Organization oriented with extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team concept
  • Ability to multi task and work well under stress
