How it Works

Advisor Personalization: Your contact information appears on all printed and electronic marketing materials. You and your agency are always the call-to-action. A personalized message that specifically targets a client’s interests or demographic results in a greater response. (Of course, the more extensively and accurately you interest-code your clients and prospects, the more opportunities you’ll have to personalize unique messages on direct mail and publications, thus making Virtuoso’s marketing more relevant to your clients.)

Variable Data Printing: This process allows Virtuoso to utilize consumer data (passion points, travel preferences, regional location) to enhance 1:1 marketing. A single printed marketing piece that reaches a consumer could have multiple targeted messages from you, his/her advisor. 

Data Warehousing & Segmentation Analysis: Virtuoso stores and maintains each member agency’s consumer database. A sophisticated tracking system maintains detailed consumer histories and travel preferences. Demographic data is used to perform segmentation analysis, pinpointing which consumers should receive particular marketing vehicles and offers.

Virtuoso Life Magazine
Publications: Virtuoso publishes two award-winning consumer travel magazines. Virtuoso’s flagship magazine, VIRTUOSO LIFE, is published six times per year and mailed to the best clients of Virtuoso’s member travel advisors. Each issue reaches more than 250,000 households, and is branded with a personal sales letter from the consultant to the consumer. VIRTUOSO INSIGHTS, also published six times per year, is geared for client acquisition. Each issue is sent to qualified prospects of the network, complete with an introduction letter and contact information from the travel consultant.


Best of the Best Hotel Directory

Best of the Best, Virtuoso’s Hotels & Resorts Directory:
Published annually, this compendium of preferred hotels, resorts, spas, villas and lodges features the Virtuoso Exclusive value-added amenities offered by each property, along with a description and photo. Every copy is personalized with the Virtuoso travel advisor’s contact information.

Throughout the year, Virtuoso creates and deploys a wide variety of special invitations extended from the network’s prestigious preferred travel suppliers. Available exclusively through a Virtuoso travel advisor, each offer is personalized with the identity of a Virtuoso travel advisor and member agency.



Email Marketing
Virtuoso Online and Email Marketing:
Virtuoso communicates with affluent consumers online via www.virtuoso.com, Virtuoso-hosted member websites, as well as through a variety of email marketing programs. Virtuoso creates and distributes emails to consumers at a no-cost basis to Virtuoso travel advisors and each email is targeted to the appropriate recipient based on that client’s travel interests and desires. Virtuoso-hosted member websites are a great tool to help you establish an online presence and absolutely no HTML knowledge is required.


Advertising:
Virtuoso periodically places travel-offer advertisements exclusively featuring Virtuoso preferred travel providers and Virtuoso travel advisors in in upscale travel and lifestyle publications in North and South America, Australia and New Zealand and the Caribbean.
